- Provide menus, address inquiries, and offer suggestions.
- Accurately and swiftly record food and beverage orders.
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly and courteously to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and prepare them for the next guests.
- Address guest questions and issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with kitchen & F&B teams to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the work area tidy and well-organized.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
