We are looking for a motivated and confident Job Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and guiding clients about our skin and laser treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, and ads
- Explain services like Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, etc.
- Convert leads into appointments and walk-ins
- Maintain client records in Excel/CRM
- Follow up with pending and old clients
- Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth appointments
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
- Experience in clinic, salon, or sales is a plus
- Comfortable using Excel and WhatsApp
