We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Support Executive to join our Payment Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with students and parents regarding EMI payments, maintaining accurate payment records, and supporting the payment collection process. This role is ideal for candidates with telecalling experience who are looking to build a career in finance operations and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact students and parents to provide EMI payment reminders and follow up on pending payments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve payment-related queries.
- Assist the payment team in EMI collections and payment follow-up activities.
- Maintain and update payment records, tracking sheets, and related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing and issue resolution.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and effective communication with students and parents.
- Meet daily call and follow-up targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals.
Requirements
- 6 to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, collections is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Basic proficiency in English (Preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle follow-ups effectively.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
