Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Lead and manage sales efforts for metal powders used in Additive Manufacturing (AM), metal casting, and other industrial applications.
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and manufacturing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and decision-makers in the AM and industrial sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers, showcasing the benefits of our products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and demands for metal powders.
- Technical Support & Consultation:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, guiding them on the correct use of metal powders for their specific applications.
- Work closely with the R&D team to support product development and ensure the customization of products according to customer needs.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on technical aspects of metal powder and industry-specific requirements.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve product offerings.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, production, logistics) to ensure the timely delivery and quality of products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
