We are looking for a dynamic and creative HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR generalist functions, along with a passion for employer branding. The ideal candidate should be familiar with modern hiring trends, AI tools, social media hiring strategies, and comfortable creating hiring-related content/videos for different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, videos, employee stories) to strengthen employer branding and attract quality talent.
- Manage job postings across job portals and social media platforms while building a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Comfortable appearing in or coordinating hiring videos/reels for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions.
- Experience creating social media content for employer branding or recruitment campaigns.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment portals, social media platforms, and AI-powered tools for sourcing candidates, employer branding, and creating engaging recruitment content.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
