Performance Marketing Executive – Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI, ROAS, and lead generation performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Generate leads, bookings, sales, and website traffic through paid media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage lead generation funnels and marketing automation workflows.
- Track customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), cost per booking, and other KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Develop retargeting and customer retention strategies to improve conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Marketing Funnels.
- Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
