About the Company
Dock World Wide Web is a creative media and digital solutions company specializing in branding, digital marketing, content production, web development, and innovative business solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support management in improving project workflows and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience in a digital marketing, creative agency, or IT environment is an added advantage.
