ROLE OBJECTIVE
This role is responsible for interacting with clients and investors, conducting meetings, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
The candidate will take opportunities identified and prepared by the operations role and convert them into active discussions, meetings, and potential engagements.
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
The candidate will speak with potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain services related to incentives, approvals, and funding in a clear and professional manner.
INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT
The candidate will interact with investors, present opportunities, and coordinate discussions.
MEETINGS AND FIELD VISITS
The candidate must meet clients and investors directly. This role requires travel within Chennai and possibly nearby locations. This is not a desk-only role. Travel expenses will be provided separately.
OPPORTUNITY CONVERSION
The candidate must follow up consistently, build trust, and convert discussions into business opportunities.
COORDINATION
The candidate will work closely with the operations team and use structured data and research prepared by them.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Fresh graduates from reputed colleges. Strong English communication and listening skills. Professional attitude. Willingness to learn. For engagement role, willingness to travel and meet people is mandatory.
WORKING DAYS
24 working days per month. All Sundays are holidays. First and third Saturdays are working days. Second and fourth Saturdays are holidays.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
First 2 to 3 months internship with Rs.8,000 per month plus incentives. Next 3 months professional phase with Rs.12,000 per month plus incentives. After 6 months permanent role with Rs.23,000 to Rs.25,000 per month plus incentives.
ROLE OF MANAGEMENT
Management will handle strategy, high-level discussions, and closure. The team will support through identification, preparation, coordination, engagement, and execution.
FINAL CLARITY OF FLOW
Operations Role identifies clients, investors, incentives, vendors, and prepares all required data and initial outreach. Engagement Role conducts meetings and converts opportunities. Management completes closure and execution.
