Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Problem Solving: Identify potential project challenges and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC, ventilation, or related industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
-
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
