Elpro First Step is seeking a compassionate, creative, and energetic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be dedicated to nurturing the development of young children in a safe and enriching environment. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering emotional and social growth, and creating an environment where children feel loved, supported, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on early learning, including language development, motor skills, creativity, social-emotional growth, and basic academics, aligned with the school’s educational philosophy.
- Lesson Planning: Design and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and promote hands-on learning experiences, ensuring that lessons are fun, engaging, and supportive of the overall growth of the child.
- Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and creativity, where children feel secure to explore and learn.
- Individual Attention: Provide individualized attention and support to each child, ensuring that their emotional, physical, and academic needs are met.
- Observation & Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children’s progress and development, documenting milestones, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to support each child’s growth.
- Parent Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements. Offer guidance and support to parents when needed.
- Play-Based Learning: Encourage learning through play and other hands-on activities that promote curiosity and imagination, helping children develop essential social, cognitive, and motor skills.
- Classroom Organization: Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary teaching materials, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and school staff to provide a well-rounded education experience and actively participate in school events, activities, and meetings.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest trends in early childhood education and attend training, workshops, and seminars to continuously improve teaching practices.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
