Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Digital Marketing/IT sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
