12th Pass / Graduate 6 months+ BPO experience. candidates welcome
Strong English communication (B2/C1+)
Typing speed: 35+ WPM (mandatory)

Blended Process: Voice + Chat/Email
24×7 rotational shifts, including nights
5 working days + 2 rotational offs
9.5-hour shift including breaks
