Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
- Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure customer satisfaction with effective communication
Requirements:
- Good written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in chat/email support (preferred but not mandatory)
