Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations and client servicing activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR documentation, attendance management, employee coordination, payroll support, and HR consulting processes. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related specialization) completed in 2025 or 2026.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Administration will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
* Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Attendance & Employee Data Management
* Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
* Support the preparation and updating of employee databases and HR reports.
* Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
HR Documentation
* Assist in drafting appointment letters, internship letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
* Maintain employee files and ensure proper documentation standards.
* Support in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Payroll & Administrative Support
* Assist in collecting payroll-related information.
* Support the HR team in preparing employee records required for payroll processing.
* Help maintain employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
Daily Reporting & Coordination
* Track daily work updates and reports from employees as assigned.
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of HR tasks.
* Follow up on pending actions and maintain trackers.
HR Operations Support
* Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
* Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
* Help ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
Client Support (if applicable)
* Assist in maintaining HR records and deliverables for assigned clients.
* Support timely submission of reports and HR-related documentation.
