Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet the needs of the client or project. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and support the overall success of the software development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals and assist them in their development and understanding of the software systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Experience with integration of software systems and data migration.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development.

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
