Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive treatment experience from consultation through treatment completion.
Understand patients' dental concerns, educate them about recommended treatment plans, and address their queries with empathy and clarity.
Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships by providing timely support and ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Coordinate with dentists, clinic teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-ups.
Guide patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they are well-informed, comfortable, and satisfied at every stage.
Proactively follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment progress, and post-treatment care to enhance the overall patient experience.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all interactions are documented in accordance with organizational protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
Ability to build rapport and foster long-term patient relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
Languages: Fluent in Kannada(Mandatory), Hindi, and English.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
