About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to take full ownership of hiring and managing teams across our three upcoming online brands — Astrology, Rudraksha, and Ayurvedic Wellness.
This role requires someone who can independently handle recruitment, HR policies, onboarding, and team performance — acting as the driving force behind our people function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all 3 brands (Brand Heads, Marketing, Operations, and Support Teams).
- Build and implement HR policies, performance tracking systems, and organizational structure.
- Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Founder, ensuring each team is efficient and aligned.
- Support Brand Heads with manpower planning and performance reviews.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (preferably in startups, D2C, or e-commerce).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, people management, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
