· Prepare, review, and submit complete PPAP documentation as per customer-specific requirements.
· Ensure timely approval of PPAP and maintain accurate records.
· Develop, implement and maintain organization's IMS in accordance with
standards such as ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
· Create and update Quality manuals, Standard operating procedures and
work instructions.
· Plan and coordinate Internal and External Audits with relevant stakeholders.
· Document and report audit findings and non-conformances.
· Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness.
· Perform root cause analysis using 5 why, Fishbone and CAPA.
· Plan and monitor on-time completion of Fresh eye audits, Layer
process audits, Special Process Audit to improve and ensure process compliance.
· Train and mentor cross-functional teams on quality processes, standards, and procedures.
· Support the organization in building quality awareness and capability.
· Coordinate with approved external laboratories for calibration of instruments.
· Ensure calibration compliance and maintain calibration records.
