A Sales Executive drives company revenue by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. They are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets through product demonstrations, relationship building, and negotiating contracts.Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, maintaining client records, and providing after-sales support.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Sales Execution: Delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, market activities, and competitor products to identify new growth opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software and providing regular sales forecasts to management.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales (B2B or B2C), often with 2+ years of experience.
- Communication: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven by achieving, or exceeding, sales goals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or 12th also fine if they have experience
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
