Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
