Job Description – Community Executive / Front Desk Executive

Role Summary
The Community Executive will be the first point of contact for members, visitors, and prospective clients. The role involves front desk management, member engagement, facility coordination, and supporting coworking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor handling.
- Conduct coworking space tours/Property showarounds for prospective clients.
- Assist in onboarding new members and maintaining records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and workspace allocations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking center.
- Address member queries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support community engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in front office, hospitality, coworking, customer service, or administration.
- Strong communication – English & Hindi and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
- Presentable personality and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Background
Coworking Spaces, Hotels, Business Centres, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
