Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. A Principal Sourcing Specialist is a true subject matter expert in recruitment and sourcing and will confidently partner with senior stakeholders to understand even the most complex hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies which focus on finding and engaging passive talent across specialist disciplines.
What you’ll be doing:
•Independently manage the sourcing process•Lead discussions on attraction strategies and market insights with hiring managers.•Proactively anticipate and address stakeholder challenges, escalating when appropriate.
- Forecast and manage future hiring demand in alignment with business needs.
- Share best practices and insights across teams to continuously improve recruitment delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across all recruitment systems and tools.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in sourcing across Mexico region
- Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and ATS platforms to streamline hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies, including web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searches.
