Industry: Men’s Shirt Manufacturing
Work Profile:
- Develop new shirt designs as per market trend and sales requirement
- Select fabric, color combination, pattern and styling details for shirts
- Coordinate with sampling team for new sample development
- Follow up for sample making and sample correction
- Maintain design number, article and sample records
- Ensure current stock samples are available for sales team / sample room
- Coordinate with fabric, production and finishing team for design-related work
- Ensure proper photo / product shoot coordination of current designs
- Track lot completion and ensure designs are ready for sale as per TAT
- Study running designs, slow-moving designs and market feedback
- Support sales team with design/sample-related information
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years experience in garment / shirt manufacturing required
- Good knowledge of fabrics, colors, patterns and shirt styling
- Should be comfortable with factory coordination and follow-up work
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Practical, active and detail-oriented candidate preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
