Job Description
AP IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office & Procurement Executive to support daily business operations, customer coordination, quotation preparation, procurement activities, and project follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and project updates.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and dealers for material procurement and pricing.
- Generate purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams regarding project status and communicate updates to customers.
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents.
- Support internal teams with administrative and operational activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist management in day-to-day back-office operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, procurement, quotation preparation, or customer coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes will be an added advantage.
