Issue and reissue airline tickets & multi-city itineraries using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
Assist customers with travel needs, make reservations, and provide support for changes or cancellations.
Keep accurate and updated records of all booking transactions and passenger information.
Monitor and process cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests
Monitor and resolve ticketing exceptions and irregularities
Keep updated with airline promotions, fare rules, waiver policies due to operational disruptions
