Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our D2C clothing brand, LINES. You will be responsible for ensuring our philosophy and creativity translates into a seamless shopping e-com experience. From managing website listings to tracking Meta Ad performance, you will play a key role in our journey to establish India’s premier preferred clothing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Maintain and update product listings on website, ensuring descriptions and imagery are perfect.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring Meta Ads and Google Analytics for better results.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of our all collections to prevent stockouts during high-traffic periods.
- Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries with the same authenticity and "soul" that our brand represents.
- Marketplace Growth: Assist in expanding LINES to platforms like Myntra or Ajio in the future.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years in E-commerce operations (D2C experience is a huge plus).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Shopify, Woo-Commerce, Microsoft Excel, and good knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy looking at data to see what’s working and what isn’t.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus). You should be able to write clear, concise product updates.
- Passion: A genuine interest in e-commerce industry.
