Machinser Academy, the training wing of Machinser Group (Odoo Gold Partner), is expanding! We provide industry-oriented Odoo training programs designed to build real-world ERP skills and career-ready professionals. We’re looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to help us grow our student base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell Machinser Academy’s Odoo training programs
* Generate leads and enroll students to meet assigned sales targets
* Connect with colleges, institutions, training centers, and placement cells to introduce our Odoo training programs
* Counsel prospective students on course offerings, career benefits, and enrollment process
* Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Requirements:
* 6 months to 2 year experience
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Comfortable with remote (WFH) sales operations
* Ability to connect with colleges and educational institutions
* Basic understanding of ERP / IT training programs is an advantage
Compensation:
* Fixed salary + Attractive commission per enrollment
