We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our SPINNING MILL unit. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our workforce requirements, focusing on sourcing and deploying both skilled mill operators.
Mass/Bulk Sourcing: Conduct high-volume hiring drives for mill workers and operators through local networks, job fairs, contractors, and agencies.
Experience: More than 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically within a Spinning Mill.
