About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager with 13+ years of experience to drive business development by acquiring and managing corporate, government, PSU, institutional, and healthcare partner accounts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in new client acquisition, key account management, and working with brokers, TPAs, insurance companies, and channel partners. Candidates from hospitals, diagnostics, health insurance, banking, or organizations such as Metropolis Healthcare, Agilus Diagnostics, SRL Diagnostics, or similar healthcare companies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large corporate, institutional, PSU, and government clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Leaders, CSR Heads, Hospital Administrators, and Government officials.
- Lead business development initiatives for Annual Health Check Programs, Preventive Healthcare Solutions, Occupational Health Services, Laboratory Services, and Diagnostic Partnerships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities through direct sales, networking, strategic alliances, industry forums, and channel partnerships.
- Manage the complete government business lifecycle, including tender identification, bid management, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and compliance.
- Lead negotiations for high-value commercial agreements while ensuring profitability and sustainable business relationships.
- Collaborate with Operations, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of client commitments.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, emerging healthcare trends, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide periodic business reviews to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide sales team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
Experience Required
- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred).
- 13+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Government Sales, or Key Account Management within Diagnostics, Hospitals, Healthcare Services, Employee Wellness, HealthTech, or Insurance.
- Proven experience in managing large corporate accounts and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring high-value enterprise clients and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes, government tenders, and institutional sales.
- Established network among HR Leaders, CXOs, Procurement Heads, Hospital Administrators, and Government stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic customer engagements.
- High degree of ownership, analytical thinking, and business orientation.
