Office / Insurance Staff – Job Description
- Handle patient registration, billing, and administrative tasks.
- Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and reimbursement documents.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and patients regarding claim status.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and provide customer support.
- Prepare reports and assist with general office operations.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma with basic computer knowledge.
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
