- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify the root cause of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing failures and repair or replace defective components. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- General Facility Upkeep: Perform minor construction, drywall repair, painting, lock repair, and exterior maintenance. [1, 2, 3]
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for urgent facility issues (e.g., pipe leaks, power outages, or security alarms). [1, 2, 3]
- Inventory Management: Track and order necessary maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts. [1, 2, 3]
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to occupational health and safety regulations, keeping accurate logs of all performed repairs and maintenance
