Job Title: Sales Manager – Tableau & Alteryx License & Consulting Sales
Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales, enterprise software sales, or analytics solutions sales
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who can own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—and drive revenue growth by selling Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with our consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive the sales of Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with consulting services to enterprises.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Data Leaders, etc.) to pitch solutions effectively.
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Account Management:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
New Business Acquisition:
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Identify potential opportunities in banking, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing & presales teams to create compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and automation.
- Understand competitor offerings and differentiate AION TECH’s value proposition.
- Work closely with product & technical teams to address client queries effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales / enterprise sales, preferably in data analytics or BI solutions.
- Strong experience in selling software licenses (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- A self-starter with high energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
