Job Summary
Center Manager is responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable training programs, and guiding them through the admission process. The role also includes maintaining relationships with existing students, ensuring a positive learning experience, and achieving monthly admission targets. The advisor acts as the primary point of contact for students from inquiry to course completion, helping improve student satisfaction and retention. This role commands attractive performance incentives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
Counsel walk-in, telephone, website, and social media inquiries.
Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
Recommend appropriate courses such as BIM, CAD, Interior Design, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, AI, and IT programs.
Explain course curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, fees, and payment options.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing personalized career guidance.
Follow up regularly with prospective students until admission.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
