Job Summary :
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our growing EdTech team. Candidates with experience in Insurance, Banking, Telecom, BPO, or other outbound sales processes are encouraged to apply. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, generating interest in our educational products and services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's educational products and services.
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions or product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telemarketing, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, BPO, or any outbound sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in lead generation or telesales.
- Fluent in English and regional language(s).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
