Position: Sales Engineer – Automation Sales
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location: Ankleshwar/ Bharuch
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Industrial Automation products and solutions.
- Handle sales activities for automation systems and industrial control solutions.
- Visit customers regularly to understand technical requirements and provide suitable automation solutions.
- Promote products such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, Control Panels, Field Instruments, and Industrial Automation solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, and end users.
- Coordinate with internal technical and application teams for project support and execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Industrial Automation and Control Systems.
- Experience in Automation products such as:
- PLC
- SCADA
- HMI
- VFD/Drives
- Sensors
- Field Instrumentation
- Control Panels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and industrial applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, or related engineering field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Automation Sales.
