Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting management to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases both physically and digitally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration, secretarial work, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
