- Repair coordinationWorking with technicians and customers to facilitate repairs, including scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines
- Cost estimatesEvaluating damaged vehicles to determine repair costs and providing accurate quotes to customers
- Administrative tasksBooking in vehicles for repairs, processing paperwork, and administering payments
- CommunicationKeeping customers, insurance companies, and other parties up to date on the progress of repairs
- Inventory managementTracking stock movements and maintaining a clean work environment
- CollaborationWorking with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Record keepingKeeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time
