Responsibilities
Learn the recruitment process. Source candidates through various platforms.
Schedule interviews. Update ATS. Coordinate with candidates. Support recruiters. Learn client requirement understanding. Skills Good communication. Willingness to learn. Basic MS Excel knowledge. Positive attitude.
Qualification Graduate or pursuing MBA/BBA/B.Com/BCA/BA.
Interview Rounds: 3 rounds – (1 AI Interview, Sourcing Test, and Final Round)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
