Position: Sales Assistant

Job Overview :
We are hiring a proactive Sales Assistant who will support our sales and client servicing process by coordinating with wedding couples, assisting in presentations, managing follow-ups, and helping convert inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team during client meetings and presentations
- Follow up with prospective wedding clients after consultations
- Share packages, quotations, and company portfolio with clients
- Coordinate with couples regarding requirements and expectations
- Maintain client records and sales pipeline updates
- Support sales team in closing deals and documentation
- Coordinate internally with photography and operations teams
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and company
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and convincing ability
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, Email communication
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
- Experience in sales/customer handling preferred
- Passion for hospitality, weddings, or luxury services is a plus
