About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Executives to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, assisting customers with product selection, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and representing the brand with professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing personalized assistance.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
Sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product features and pricing.
Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
- Replenish stock on shelves and maintain product availability.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock audits.
- Support visual merchandising activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Assist customers during billing.
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Ensure billing accuracy and maintain transaction records.
Inventory Management
- Receive and arrange new stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in stock transfers and inventory reconciliation.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Store Managers and team members.
- Participate in daily briefings and sales meetings.
- Support store opening and closing activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in Retail, Apparel, Lifestyle, Fashion, FMCG, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
