Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts cum Back Office Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for B.Com graduates and freshers who want to build a career in accounting, finance, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good MS Excel skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and perform accurate data entry.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial documentation.
- Support day-to-day back-office operations.
- Maintain files, records, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
- Perform other office and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com Graduate (MBA is not required).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Financial Accounting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Tally.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
