Job Title: MAF Compliance Lead & Executive

Job Summary:
The MAF Compliance Executive will be responsible for managing and preparing all Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF) and compliance-related documents required for government and enterprise tenders. The role ensures all submissions meet the technical and administrative requirements as per tender specifications for Server, Storage, and TV product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF) and related OEM compliance documents for tender submissions.
- Review tender documents to identify OEM-related requirements, certifications, and declarations.
- Coordinate with internal departments—Sales, Technical, and Legal—to compile complete and compliant documentation.
- Maintain and update a central repository of OEM certificates, test reports, datasheets, BIS, ROHS, ISO, and other compliance documents.
- Liaise with OEM partners and principals to obtain timely authorizations and updated product documentation.
- Ensure all compliance documents align with product specifications for Servers, Storage Systems, and Televisions (LED/LCD/OLED).
- Track and monitor tender deadlines to ensure timely submission of all MAF and supporting documents.
- Assist in audits, document verifications, and post-tender clarifications when required.
- Support the bid management team with technical compliance and documentation control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in tender documentation, MAF handling, or OEM coordination (preferably in IT hardware or electronics industry).
- Strong understanding of Server, Storage, and Display (TV/Panel) products and related compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-procurement portals.
- Knowledge of compliance documentation standards such as ISO, BIS, and environmental certifications.
- Familiarity with OEM declaration formats and government tender compliance procedures.
