Job Description:
Zenzio Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning for our growing food delivery platform. This role is ideal for someone who can handle end-to-end finance in a fast-paced startup environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Maintain books of accounts
- Track revenue, expenses, and profit/loss
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Manage cash flow and burn rate
GST & Tax Compliance
- Handle GST registration.
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Manage restaurant billing GST structure
- Handle company income tax filing
Invoicing & Billing
- Create invoice formats
- Manage customer invoices and restaurant settlements
- Handle commission calculations.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage salaries for employees and delivery executives
- Handle PF, ESI (if applicable)
- Prepare salary structure and payslips
Investor & Financial Planning
- Prepare financial projections
- Work on unit economics and ROI
- Support investor discussions
ROC & Legal Compliance
- Handle MCA filings (DIR-12, annual returns)
- Maintain company compliance and shareholding records
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Control marketing and operational costs
- Optimize delivery expenses
- Suggest cost-saving strategies
Audit & Documentation
- Conduct internal audits
- Maintain financial records
- Ensure transparency for investors
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified
- 1–4 years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax & ROC compliance
- Experience in startup / food delivery / e-commerce is a plus
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
