· Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all inventory is updated properly.
· Receive goods from suppliers, check quantity and product condition, and report any shortages or damages.
· Arrange stock neatly in the store and warehouse for easy identification and handling.
· Issue products for customer deliveries, sales, and inter-store transfers with proper documentation.
· Conduct regular physical stock checks and match them with system records.
· Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth stock movement.
· Prepare daily stock reports and inform management about low stock or excess stock.
· Ensure proper handling of home appliances to avoid damage or stock loss.
· Keep the stock area clean, organized, and disciplined at all times.
· Take responsibility for stock accuracy, timely dispatches, and supporting the overall store operations.
