Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, cost control, and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver infrastructure projects within approved timelines and budgets.
2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, statutory authorities, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
3. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, milestones, and resource deployment.
4. Manage project budgets, procurement activities, cost control, billing, and project documentation.
5. Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and ensure execution in accordance with approved designs and quality standards.
6. Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
7. Conduct project review meetings and submit periodic progress reports to the management.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
9. Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to achieve project objectives.
10. Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and effectively negotiate technical and commercial matters.
11. Support contract administration, variation orders, claims, and project closeout activities.
12. Travel to project sites as and when required to monitor progress and resolve execution issues.
QualificationEssential
· Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Preferred
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
· Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field will be an added advantage.
· Professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP or equivalent, will be desirable.
ExperienceEssential
· Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects.
· Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing project execution from inception to completion.
Preferred
· Experience in infrastructure projects across sectors such as defence, industrial, commercial, institutional, airports, ports, residential, or government projects.
· Experience in handling civil construction, MEP coordination, interior works, utility infrastructure, or renovation projects.
· Exposure to contract management, budgeting, project scheduling, quality assurance, and statutory compliance.

· Preferably below 35 years.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
