Job Summary
ShikshaSphere is looking for an experienced Reasoning Teacher to conduct high-quality online live classes for IBPS, SBI and IBPS RRB examinations.
The candidate should have an excellent command of logical reasoning, puzzles and seating arrangements and should be capable of teaching both preliminary and mains-level concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Reasoning live classes for banking exam aspirants.
- Teach puzzles, seating arrangements, syllogism, inequalities, coding-decoding, blood relations, direction sense and input-output.
- Cover both prelims and mains-level Reasoning topics.
- Explain concepts using clear, logical and time-saving methods.
- Conduct topic-wise practice and full-syllabus revision sessions.
- Solve Previous Year Questions and Previous Year Papers.
- Conduct mock tests and detailed test-analysis sessions.
- Prepare practice questions, class notes and revision material.
- Record concept-based, generic and strategy videos.
- Create educational short videos for YouTube and social media.
- Help students improve speed, accuracy and puzzle-solving ability.
Required Skills
- Graduation from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Reasoning for banking or competitive examinations.
- Strong knowledge of IBPS, SBI and IBPS RRB examination patterns.
- Excellent command of preliminary and mains-level Reasoning.
- Ability to explain complex puzzles through simple approaches.
- Excellent Hindi communication, teaching and presentation skills.
- Previous online or YouTube teaching experience is preferred.
- Comfortable creating long-form lectures and short-form videos.
