Industry: Interior Designing Job Summary Enside Elevation is hiring a Senior Interior Designer to lead premium residential and commercial projects from concept to handover. You’ll drive design strategy, client delight, and on-site execution while mentoring the design team. Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end concepts: mood boards, 2D plans, 3D visualizations, material & finish selections Manage client presentations, site visits, BOQs, working drawings, and project coordination with vendors/contractors Ensure design quality, budget adherence, and timely handover of projects Guide junior designers and stay ahead on trends, materials, and sustainable design practices Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior design with strong executed project portfolio Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design mandatory Technical Skills: AutoCAD proficiency mandatory; SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop preferred Qualities: Strong client communication, site supervision experience, ability to handle multiple projects Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on experience & portfolio Perks Creative ownership on high-end projects, collaborative Baner studio culture, and growth with a scaling Pune design brand.
