Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Executive with a Brand Strategy focus, you'll be the person who bridges big creative ideas with measurable execution. You'll work across multiple client brands simultaneously , developing strategy, overseeing content direction, running paid campaigns, and reporting performance. This isn't a one-brand role. You need to be comfortable switching contexts, thinking from the brand's perspective, and moving fast without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies for multiple agency clients across different industries
- Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with each brand's identity, audience, and campaign goals
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads — covering awareness, lead gen, and conversion objectives
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to grow organic visibility for client brands
- Collaborate with the content and design team to brief creatives, scripts, and visuals that match brand tone and platform requirements
- Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and present actionable insights and monthly reports to clients
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and digital marketing trends to keep all strategies sharp
- Coordinate with the internal team on shoot planning, content approvals, and brand consistency across channels
What We're Looking For
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of brand strategy — how to position a brand, define its voice, and maintain consistency across platforms
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and budget management
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads — Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns; keyword strategy and Quality Score optimisation
- Working knowledge of SEO — technical basics, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Ability to analyse performance data from Meta, Google, and analytics platforms and turn them into clear strategic recommendations
Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication skills, you can articulate a brand story as clearly as you can read a metrics dashboard
- Self-starter who can manage multiple brands simultaneously without needing constant direction
- Creative thinker who also respects numbers, ideas backed by data, always
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Strong cultural awareness of both Kerala and Gulf Malayalee audiences is a major advantage
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Demonstrable experience running Meta and Google ad campaigns with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads are a strong advantage
- Prior experience handling clients across multiple industries is preferred
Pay: ₹10,199.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
