Job Title: Café Manager (QSR)
Location: Fry Day (Savitha Filim City), Padannapalam, Kannur - 670014
Duty Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (6 Days a Week)
Reports To: Operations Manager / Business Owner
Job Summary
The QSR Café Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, managing staff, controlling inventory, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The manager will lead the team to deliver a smooth and efficient guest experience while maintaining hygiene and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day café operations during assigned duty hours.
- Ensure smooth opening, shift management, and closing procedures.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor product quality and service consistency.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff.
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance monitoring.
- Motivate employees to achieve service and sales targets.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters when required.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive café environment.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth through upselling and promotional activities.
- Monitor daily sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Implement local marketing initiatives to increase footfall.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.
- Minimize wastage and control food and beverage costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- Food industry: 1 year (Required)
