Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline
At least 1–2 years' experience in an agile testing specific role
3+ years' experience in an automation testing or development specific role
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, or similar)
Solid understanding of manual testing fundamentals with the ability to perform functional testing when required
Strong background in QA processes, the Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies
Experience with the following tools: JIRA, Xray, Confluence
Able to set priorities and be flexible with a high degree of accuracy
Display critical, quality-orientated, skeptical thinking about the product
Proactive, willing to accept responsibility with minimal handholding
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English
Ability to work in fast-paced, complex Business & IT environments
Positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders
Respond to change quickly, including adapting and improving test approaches as project needs evolve
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks with urgency
Able to work in a high-pressure environment, independently or as part of a team
Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality
ISTQB Foundation Software Certification is a distinct advantage
